Los Vatos Locos were created in 1998 by the AAA promotion. The original group consisted of:
Picudo
Charly Manson
Nygma
May Flowers
They were officially alligned with Sangre Chicana and helped him in his battle with Cibernetico and his Vipers. In early 2000, Charly Manson had a change of heart and decided to leave Los Vatos Locos and join a new group named The Black Family. He was replaced by Espiritu. The 2nd version of the group was arguably the most dominant as they won multiple National Atomicos Titles. In late 2001, Antonio Pena decided to re-form Los Exoticos and needed May Flowers for the role so he was replaced by Silver Cat. Around the same time, Nygma announced his short-lived "retirement" from wrestling and was replaced for one night by Super Kiss. In typical Antonio Pena fashion, that went nowhere and Nygma was back teaming with his fellow Vatos the following month. The final change to the original Vatos Locos stable occured in November 2005 when Cibernetico formed La Secta and asked Espiritu to join. After consulting with his fellow Vatos, Espiritu was granted his release and joined La Secta. However he remains on good terms with his old stable and has come to their defense a few times even though Los Vatos and La Secta are rivals.
The current Vatos Locos stable consists of:
Picudo
Nygma
Silver Cat

Las Saetas Del Ring - Lucha Libre
Las Saetas Del Ring were a popular trio in CMLL from 1991 until 1993. The members were:
Águila Solitaria, Ciclón Ramírez and Pantera II
They were known for their high-flying moves and were one of the rare trios team that had the ability to work an opening match at Arena Mexico, yet still have enough credibility as a team to work main events at Arena Coliseo and other buildings around Mexico City.

Los Rudos De La Galaxia
Roughly translated into 'Bad guys from the galaxy', this group was formed in AAA during January 1997. The idea was to match them up against Los Cadetes Del Espacio (AAA) since both groups had similar futuristic looks. The members of Los Rudos De La Galaxia were:
Histeria
Mosco De La Merced
Maniaco
Mach 1
Abismo Negro
The group was short-lived as Mach 1 only stayed with AAA for a couple of months and after that there was the giant Promo Azteca exodus which forced Pena to create a new Histeria & Mosco De La Merced. The new versions took over as part of Los Vipers which often confuses people into thinking Los Rudos De La Galaxia and Los Vipers are the same group. However, Los Vipers were formed in August 1997 which was at least two months after Los Rudos De La Galaxia ceased to exist.

Los Porros

Los Porros are a stable that originated in Arena Lopez Mateos. They are a group of "thugs" who use lots of weapons in their matches. After wrestling for the first few years in the Mexico City area, they have recently branched out to Monterrey as the new hardcore style that is taking over is right up their alley.
There have been various members in Los Porros including:
Angel o Demonio
Big Memo
Enrique el Salvaje
Leon Rojo
Obett
Perico

Los Perros del Mal

Los Perros del Mal is a Lucha Libre stable based in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre in Mexico. The name (meaning "The Bad Dogs") is play on the name of the founder of the group, Perro Aguayo, Jr.. It is one of the two main rudo (heel) stables in CMLL.
Current members:
Perro Aguayo, Jr.
Héctor Garza
El Terrible
Mr. Águila
Halloween
Damián 666
The group has a bit of outsider makeup: Perro, Hector, and Aguila all jumped (seperately) from AAA (as did Shocker before his short stint with this group), and Damian 666 and Halloween are considered as outsiders from Tijuana.
Past Members:
Blue Demon, Jr.
Pierroth, Jr.
Shocker
Tarzan Boy
Latin Lover (appeared as a member at Arena Mexico with Garza and Perro Jr. He wore the Perros del Mal shirt, and though it was only an appearance, was considered a member of the stable.)
Perros del Mal has had rivalries with Los Hermanos Dinamita, Guerreros del Infierno and Mistico.
Despite being rudos, the group has a strong fan following and their t-shirts were popular for quite a while.
Los Payasos Tricolor - Lucha Libre

I would LOVE to see these guys in the WWE!
Can you imagine Edge and Orton having to wrestle these guys?
Or them teaming up with DX?
Created by the IWRG promotion in 2001, Los Payasos Tricolor are another in a long-line of clown gimmicks. The members of this specific group are:
Coco Blanco
Coco Rojo
Coco Verde
Los Payasos Locos - Lucha Libre

The Pandilla Guerrera - Lucha Libre
The Pandilla Guerrera is a group of an rudos associated with Guerreros del Infierno. As opposed to GdI, this is a group of (acknowledged) undercarders, with the idea of banding together and working with the GdI to move up the card. When putting together this group, Ultimo Guerrero explained all members would have to keep up with the hard training of the GdI.
Different member lists have been given at different times. Wrestlers who include in the group at some point include:
Sangre Azteca
Loco Max
Koreano
Ramstein
Dr. X
Nitro
Hooligan
Arkangel
Koreano was no longer acknowledged as a member when he switched to the Apocalipsis gimmick. Hooligan and Ramstein's names are not always listed as part of the group, and Arkangel isn't always associated with them. Averno & Mephisto are not part of the group or GdI; they've maintained a separate identity despite teaming with both groups often.
The biggest success for the group so far was Sangre Azteca, Dr. X and Nitro winning the Mexican National Trios Championship.
