César Cuauhtémoc González Barrónwas born on January 9, 1968 in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.
He is a Mexican luchador, better known in Lucha Libre as Silver King.
Outside of wrestling though, a lot of you might know him as Ramses from the Jack Black movie "Nacho Libre".
Cesar is the son of the famous Dr. Wagner, and the brother of Dr. Wagner, Jr.
He was trained by Dr. Wagner and Grand Markus and he made his pro wrestling debut in November 1985, in Matamoros, Coahuila.
Silver King lost his mask to El Hijo del Santo on November 13th, 1987 at Auditorio de Tijuana, in Tijuana, Baja California.
He worked for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1997 to 2000. For a brief time he was managed by Stacy Keibler there.
After leaving WCW, he wrestled for CMLL's Japanese affiliate, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) as Black Tiger III. He was the third wrestler to wear the mask, the first two being Mark Rocco and Eddie Guerrero.
Besides WCW and NJPW, he has wrestled for All Japan Pro Wrestling, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), International Wrestling Association of Japan (IWA), International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), Universal Wrestling Association (UWA), World Wrestling Association (WWA) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA).
In 2005, César appeared in the movie "Nacho Libre" with Jack Black as the villian Ramses. After the movie opened, he wrestled in the golden Ramses outfit a few times.

Book Review: Mondo Lucha A Go Go by Dan Madigan @ Blogcritics.org

http://blogcritics.org/archives/2007/02/28/140818.php:
"In 1968, I was seven years old when one of my uncles came to visit. His first concern was his Lucha Libre. He couldn't relax till we had rigged up the old black- and-white, needs-a-coat-hanger-for-an- antenna TV, with a cracked dial from our Thanksgiving Day car accident.
After much adjusting of the coat hanger, he sighed with happiness and sat down with me on his lap to watch his favorite, Mil Mascaras. For the next hour, my uncle explained to me who was who in Mexican wrestling, the moves, the rules, and why it was so great. I was hooked."

Los Vatos Locos
Los Vatos Locos were created in 1998 by the AAA promotion. The original group consisted of:
Picudo
Charly Manson
Nygma
May Flowers
They were officially alligned with Sangre Chicana and helped him in his battle with Cibernetico and his Vipers. In early 2000, Charly Manson had a change of heart and decided to leave Los Vatos Locos and join a new group named The Black Family. He was replaced by Espiritu. The 2nd version of the group was arguably the most dominant as they won multiple National Atomicos Titles. In late 2001, Antonio Pena decided to re-form Los Exoticos and needed May Flowers for the role so he was replaced by Silver Cat. Around the same time, Nygma announced his short-lived "retirement" from wrestling and was replaced for one night by Super Kiss. In typical Antonio Pena fashion, that went nowhere and Nygma was back teaming with his fellow Vatos the following month. The final change to the original Vatos Locos stable occured in November 2005 when Cibernetico formed La Secta and asked Espiritu to join. After consulting with his fellow Vatos, Espiritu was granted his release and joined La Secta. However he remains on good terms with his old stable and has come to their defense a few times even though Los Vatos and La Secta are rivals.
The current Vatos Locos stable consists of:
Picudo
Nygma
Silver Cat
