Barrio Negro aka Argenis - Lucha Underground
I did a write up on luchador Argenis back in 2009, and at that time he was a Técnico in the Mexican wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA).
But since then, he has gone to Lucha Underground and become a Rudo called Barrio Negro.
As Barrio Negro, he is part of a stable called the Disciples of Death.
There, along with Trece and El Sinestro de la Muerte, they won the Lucha Underground Trios Championship, defeating Angélico, Son of Havoc and Ivelisse for the title.
Of course this was done with help from their manager Catrina.

Angélico - Lucha Underground
Angélico (Adam Bridle) was born on May 7th 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Proving that wrestling is indeed worldwide, Angélico may have been born in South Africa, but he is a luchador through and through.
He has worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), Lucha Underground and World Wrestling Professionals (WWP).
He was trained by Último Dragón, Negro Navarro and Black Terry, and made his wrestling debut in 2007.
In Triple A, he held the AAA World Tag Team Championship with Jack Evans.
In Lucha Underground, he held the Lucha Underground Trios Championship (with Ivelisse and Son of Havoc) and won the Lucha Underground Trios Championship Tournament (again with Ivelisse and Son of Havoc).

Alberto el Patron - Lucha Underground
José Alberto Rodríguez was born on May 25, 1977 in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
But you may know him better as Alberto Del Rio in the WWE.
However he has also wrestled for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), Ring of Honor (ROH), and now Lucha Underground (LU) where he is known as Alberto El Patrón.
Alberto is not only a wrestler, but also had a brief career as a MMA fighter (9-5-0).
He is also the son of famed masked Luchador, Dos Caras and he wrestled masked as Dos Caras, Jr.
And that makes Alberto the nephew of the legendary Mil Máscaras.

Aero Star - Lucha Underground
I have done a few write up in the past on Mexican luchador Aero Star, but since i am starting anew with the wrestlers of El Rey's Lucha Underground, I thought I would start off with him here.
This high flying lucha libre star started out in 2006, though he actually debuted back in 2003 under another name, El Chamagol.
Besides Lucha Underground, he has worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) in Mexico.
Aero Star is five foot six and weighs 150 pounds.

Monster Clown - Lucha Libre AAA
Now this is part of what I like so much about lucha libre.
The blatant outrageousness they can pull off at times.
I mean how cool is going into the psyche of the fans and pulling out Coulrophobia (fear of clowns) as a gimmick?
Well Monster Clown does just that.
The man behind the mask started out wrestling in 1997 as Highlander.
Then he went on to the wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) and became Aliens.
In 2007, AAA repackaged him as Zombie Clown and made him part of the new wrestling stable, Los Psycho Circus along with Psycho Clown and Killer Clown.
The stable was supposed to be inspired by the B-movie, Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
These guys went on a rampage taking on and defeating not only faces, but heels as well.
In August 2009, Zombie Clown was renamed "Monster Clown" and his partner Killer Clown was renamed "Murder Clown" due to some copyright issues over the original names.
I've looked and I cant figure out what the copyright issue was.

Luchador Gato Eveready / Alan
Víctor Manuel Soto Flores was born on July 23, 1975 in Mexico City, Mexico.
This now masked wrestler has wrestled under several names during his career including Morfo, Billy Jean, (Spice Boy) Jimmy Boy, Alan and of course, Gato Eveready.
He was trained by luchador El Picudo and made his Lucha Libre debut in April, 1998 working for the Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) wrestling promotion, under the ring name Morfo.
Later, his ring name was changed to "Jimmy Boy" and he teamed up with Billy and Vangelis to form Los Spice Boys, that was kinda like a "Boy Band" wrestling stable.
When Los Spice Boys broke up, they reformed into Los Barrio Boys with Jimmy Boy (now renamed Alan), Billy Boy and Decnis.
Alan and Decnis turned on Billy Boy in 2007 as part of the Billy Boy-Gran Apache-Faby Apache storyline.
Later in 2007, the Barrio Boys broke up, but were reformed by Alan as the Nuevo Barrio Boys in 2008 with Kevin (Los Warriors), Javi (Nemesis) and Ricky (the son of luchadora Vicky Carranza).
The new Barrio Boys never really caught on, and it's rumored that Javi went on to become a new character (sponsored by Eveready Battery?) called Gato Eveready.
We probably know the Energizer Bunny better, but for years the symbol was the "Cat With Nine Lives" symbol.
The colors of Gato Eveready are even the same colors as the old logo.
Javi left the character, and in 2008, Alan took over, wrestling as both Gato Eveready and sometimes Alan.
At one time, he held the Mexican National Atómicos Championship along with Oscar Sevilla, Billy Boy, Decnis.
Here is a video of Sexy Star, Billy Boy and Tigre Cota wrestling Faby Apache, Aerostar and Gato Eveready posted by LuchaLibreNation on YouTube...

Luchador - Extreme Tiger
Mexican luchador Extreme Tiger ("Gato Suicida"..."Suicidal Cat") currently works for the Asistencia Asesoría y Administración wrestling promotion in Mexico.
After being trained by the legendary Rey Misterio, Sr., Tiger made his Lucha Libre debut on September 13, 1998, in Salon Danubio Azul, Tijuana as Tyger Mask.
He joined Asistencia Asesoría y Administración in 2006, became Extreme Tiger and wrestled as a rudo (heel).
Staying in the mid-cards, he worked his way up and turned tecnico (face) in 2007.
After becoming a technico, he won the Alas de Oro tournament ("Wings of Gold", an eight-man elimination match with two wrestlers in the ring at the same time and the remaining competitors on the floor), and then later in the year, he went back to being a rudo.
As a rudo, he started tag teaming with Halloween and Juventud Guerrera.
So far in Asistencia Asesoría y Administración, he has won the Alas de Oro in 2007, the AAA World Tag Team Championship with Halloween and the AAA Cruiserweight Championship twice.
As of this post, he is still the Champion.
Outside of AAA, he has held the Baja California Lighweight Championship and the NGX Extreme Championship twice.

Lucha Libre - Virus
The Luchador known as Virus was born Ricardo Amezquita Cardeño on December 9, 1968, in Mexico City, Mexico.
He is unique in that he started out as a "Mini"( a division that I have overlooked here and I will be correcting that soon) and moved into the regular division.
Ricardo was trained by Luchador El Fuerza Aérea, and made his Lucha Libre debut on April 20, 1986 at Auditorio Municipal de Ozumba in Estado de Mexico.
He started out in the Universal Wrestling Association promotion as "Bird Boy" and usually worked the low end of the card because of his size (5'5, 170 pounds).
On July 27, 1991 he won the UWA World Featherweight Championship (even though the feather weight class in Lucha Libre is usually 130-140 pounds).
Even before he lost the UWA World Featherweight Championship to El Coralillo on August 25, 1992, Ricardo had started wrestling for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). After he lost the title, he became a CMLL luchadore full time. And when booker Antonio Peña left CMLL to form his own promotion, Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), Virus stayed with CMLL to try to revive the Minis Division since most of them left with Pena.
Since most of the Minis are "minature" versions of the big names, Ricardo was renamed Piratita Morgan, a mini version of Pirata Morgan.
The original Piratita Morgan that had left CMLL to join AAA.
When Pirata Morgan left CMLL to join AAA, Ricardo was renamed "Damiancito El Guerrero" after CMLL wrestler "Damian El Guerrero".
During this time he toured Japan, and when he returned he defeated Máscarita Mágica to win the CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship on February 27, 1996.
But in 1998, he moved to the regular division as "Virus" and no mention was made that Virus was also Damiancito El Guerrero and held the CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship.
Virus then proceeded to defeat Akira to win the Mexican National Lightweight Championship.
The CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship problem was resolved when CMLL announced that Ultimo Dragoncito had won the title on an undisclosed day in October, 1999.
Virus has held several wrestling titles during his career:
Universal Wrestling Association (UWA) World Featherweight Championship
Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) Japan Super Lightweight Championship
CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship
CMLL World Super Lightweight Championship
Mexican National Lightweight Championship
Reyes del Aire ("King of the Air") Tournament (2007)

Luchadores, Último Guerrero
Último Guerrero (The Last Warrior) is a Mexican Luchador that wrestles for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).
Ultimo is not related to the famous Gory Guerrero or any of his children.
"Guerrero" is the Spanish word for warrior.
He was trained at "Gimnasio El Ranchero" by Tinito and Halcón Suriano and made his lucha libre debut as "Halcón Dorado" in September 1990 at the Gómez Palacio, Durango.
Último Guerrero is a charter member of Los Guerreros de Infierno / Los Guerreros de Atlantida and besides CMLL, he has worked for TNA where he was part of Team Mexico, and won the 2008 World X Cup.
Ultimo has held sevral titles during his lucha libre career including the CMLL World Heavyweight Championship, the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Championship, the CMLL World Tag Team Championship (5 times), the CMLL World Trios Championship (2 times), he won the Copa de Arena Mexico Tournament in 1999 with Rey Bucanero and Satanico, he won the Junior Grand Prix in 2006 and 2007, he won the Torneo Gran Alternativa twice, once with Blue Panther in 1999 and with Dragón Rojo, Jr. in 2008 and he won the Universal Tournament in 2009.
Outside of CMLL, he won the World Wrestling Association (WWA) World Tag Team Championship with Perro Aguayo, Jr.
And of course he won the TNA 2008 World X Cup with his partners Volador Jr., Rey Bucanero and Averno.

Luchador - Huracán Ramírez

Huracán Hernandez had possibly one of the coolest of the Lucha Libre Masks, along with Fishman and Mil Mascaras
Huracán Hernandez was a fictitious character invented for the 1952 Mexican wrestling movie of the same name. In the film a young Mexican, whose father is a professional wrestler, decides to follow in his father's footsteps by adopting the secret identity of Huracán Ramírez, a masked luchador, and he fights in the ring in spite of his father's wishes to the contrary.
Although actor David Silva played the role of the young man in the film, the masked wrestler scenes were played by real-life luchador Eduardo Bonada. Following the film's release, Bonada continued to wrestle as Huracan Ramirez in the ring in real life until 1959, when he tired of the gig and was replaced by the film's producers by 43-year-old wrestler Daniel García.
García wrestled in the ring wearing the Huracán Ramírez costume for more than 30 years, and played the role in all of the movie sequels that followed (with the exception of "Huracan Ramirez Vs. The Terrorists"). Daniel García was a very close personal friend of El Santo, and when Santo died in 1984, Daniel Garcia was one of the Silver-Masked Man's pall bearers. Garcia died on November 1, 2006 at the age of 80.
A total of eight "Huracán Ramírez" movies were made in all, although the films tended to focus more on dramatic subplots and musical numbers, and never really gave the Huracán Ramírez character a lot to do in the films from a heroic standpoint. Eduardo Bonada played Huracan only in the first film, and Daniel Garcia played Huracan in the other films (with the exception of the last film made in 1989).

Luchador - Perro Aguayo, Jr.,

Ring name(s) Perrito,Perro Aguayo, Jr.,El Hijo del Perro Aguayo,Cachorro Aguayo
Billed height 5 ft 9 in (1.74 m)
Billed weight 194 lbs (88 kg)
Born July 23, 1979
Mexico City, Distrito Federal
Billed from Zacatecas
Trained by Perro Aguayo
Gran Cochisse
Debut June 18, 1995
Pedro Aguayo Ramírez is a Mexican professional wrestler who achieved fame in lucha libre as Perro Aguayo, Jr. or El Hijo del Perro Aguayo ("The Son of Perro Aguayo"). He is the legitimate son of lucha libre legend Perro Aguayo.
Debuting professionally at the age of 15, "Perrito" started out wrestling established veterans who could bring the best out of him in AAA. He teamed with his father semi-regularly and the pair won the National Tag Team titles on two occasions. Aguayo made a big impact by teaming with Héctor Garza and engaging in a four-way feud with Heavy Metal and Latin Lover. These four competed in various tag and four-way matches throughout the lengthy feud, with Garza and Metal losing their hair at different times. In May of 2003, Aguayo jumped from AAA to Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). He was initially brought in as a face to team with Negro Casas against Los Guerreros del Infierno. However, Aguayo did not the expected positive reactions from the crowd. CMLL decided to turn him heel by having him win a tournament for a shot at Atlantis' Michinoku Junior Heavyweight title. He won the tournament over heels, but they were popular heels like Dr. Wagner, Jr. and Rey Bucanero, who had made their name in CMLL, so by the time he met the babyface Atlantis for the title, he was seen as a heel by the fans.
The title challenge was unsuccessful, but Aguayo was quickly put into a program with Los Capos with the story being he was getting revenge on Universo 2000 for ending his father's career. During this feud, Shocker's popular Los Guapos group backed Aguayo and he became a face again. The feud continued through the winter and into 2004 and was ended when Aguayo and El Terrible (a member of Los Guapos) defeated Cien Caras and Máscara Año 2000 in a double hair vs. hair match. During the spring, Aguayo once again backed up Negro Casas and Shocker in their feud with Pierroth, Jr., Vampiro Canadiense and Tarzan Boy. The two groups went at it in trios, singles, and tag matches before they were put in the annual "Cage of Death" match where the last two men in the cage, regardless of which team they are on, face each other in a hair vs. hair match. The heel trio escaped early and Shocker made a quick exit as well. Aguayo and Casas faced each other and Perro pinned Casas, winning his hair.
Tensions began to rise between Casas and Aguayo, and when Héctor Garza jumped to CMLL in July, Aguayo ditched Casas and joined him. After turning heel again, he took part in the Leyenda de Plata tournament, an annual tournament in the honor of lucha libre legend El Santo. After securing his place in the semifinals, Aguayo interfered in Negro Casas' match with Atlantis, costing Casas the bout and allowing Atlantis to advance. After defeating Atlantis in the semifinals, Aguayo faced the previous year's winner, Felino, for the trophy. After winning the match, El Hijo del Santo came to the ring to award the trophy to Aguayo. Aguayo said he didn't want the trophy and smashed it, claiming that Santo wasn't nearly the legend that Perro Aguayo, Sr. was. The angle was hot and played off the feud the original Santo and Perro Aguayo had during the 1970s. Due to El Hijo del Santo's short tour with CMLL, the feud was rushed towards an indecisive singles match. The closest thing to closure for the feud was a trios match at the CMLL 71st Anniversary show where the team of Hijo de Perro Aguayo, Hèctor Garza and El Terrible (soon to be named La Furia del Norte) defeated Hijo del Santo, Negro Casas and Shocker. After that match, Santo focused more on his program with Averno and Los Guerreros del Infierno and Aguayo set his sights on Casas. Aguayo lost to Casas in a match for the 71st Anniversary show trophy and the feud cooled down from there.
In November of that year, Aguayo reheated his feud with Los Capos by teaming frequently with Vampiro and Pierroth, Jr. who were also feuding with Los Capos at the time. At the year-end show, he had another singles match with Universo 2000 which led to Aguayo's father running in and making the save. In February of 2005, Perro Aguayo, Sr. announced his return to wrestling for one match where he would team with his son against Cien Caras and Máscara Año 2000 in a double hair vs. hair match. Aguayo and son won the match, billed as Cien Caras' retirement match (Cien Caras would continue to wrestle but not in CMLL's main arenas). Soon after the match, La Familia de Tijuana (Halloween, Damián 666), and Aguayo decided to start a new faction, Los Perros del Mal. Soon, the group would consist of Aguayo, La Familia, La Furia del Norte, Blue Demon, Jr., Pierroth, Jr. and his two sons. The group took on many rivals, including Negro Casas, Felino, Heavy Metal (who had just jumped from AAA), Máscara Mágica, Universo 2000 and Aguayo's new focus, the rising star Místico who had defeated him in a main event singles match. The two agreed to a hair vs. mask match, but no date was announced. Los Perros del Mal faced off against their rivals in the 2005 "Cage of Death" match where Damián 666 took the hair of Máscara Mágica.

Andrés Alejandro Palomeque González (born July 1, 1971) is a Mexican professional wrestler, best known in Lucha Libre as Abismo Negro ("black abyss" or "black hole" in Spanish). He currently works for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración in Mexico.
Abismo Negro is a widely-recognized wrestler. He is credited with creating the "Martinente Extreme", a Tombstone piledriver with a double flip, which is an illegal move in Lucha Libre. His in-ring antics include using aerosol cans as makeshift flamethrowers. He joined the storyline splinter group Lucha Libre Latina, or simply LLL, a group similar to the nWo stable in WCW. The group feuded with real-life AAA promoter Antonio Peña and AAA loyalists such as La Parka (PAP), Octagón, Latin Lover and others, on his way to becoming one of the most consistent main event performers for AAA.
In 2004, he, along with Héctor Garza, Juventud Guerrera, Mr. Águila and later Heavy Metal, came to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling as part of Team Mexico. The team was successful but relations between AAA and TNA were strained and Abismo returned to AAA when the deal fell through. AAA hinted at a possible face turn when Abismo, along with Psicosis and Mini Psicosis, attacked LLL leader Cibernético. The two faced off in a cage match, won by Cibernético, but Abismo eventually made up with him. Despite rumors that he was jumping to CMLL, Abismo remained in AAA and was sent to a tour with Pro Wrestling NOAH in the spring of 2005. Later in the year, he turned face and began feuding with Cibernético.
