This group of Ninja Turtle knock-offs started in the UWA and eventually ended up in AAA minus a member. They even got the chance to tour in Japan for Hamada's UWF. The members were never named, they were just given numbers:

Tortugas Ninjas are a masked group based off the US Cartoon Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtles.

They are not to be confused with Los Tortuguillos Karatekas, a UWA group of Ninja Turtles.
